Technology & Strategy is a French-German consulting firm in Engineering, with around 3000 coworkers present mainly in Europe, but also outside of this continent.

We are specialised in everything that is related to Electronics and Embedded Systems. We provide services that are related to every part of the V-model, which means we work on Software Development, Hardware Development, but also on System Engineering. We work in diverse activity sectors, but most of our activities can be found in the Transportation industry, more specifically in the Automotive sector.

Even if the growth of our company has been strong in Germany since the day of our creation, our ambition consists in keeping acquiring new projects and clients, so that we may cover new areas of expertise, and tackle innovative topics. Job Description

• You work with well-known customers in the automotive industry.
• You will work with the managers to find quick and efficient solutions.
• You will be responsible for project coordination, planning and control, as well as team supervision.
• You prepare the project release plans, monitor the KPIs of your team.
• You interact with your team as a coach to achieve their goals together.

Requirements

You have a degree related to embedded systems

You have successful experience in the automotive environment (at least 5 years in a software development or testing development work environment)

Your analytical and structured way of working also convinces us of you

You have excellent adaptability

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and your communication skills must be excellent
