Tasks

• Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations
• Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics, working closely with the founders
• Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and hiring processes
• Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events, all-hands meetings, office days) and shape our team culture
• Learn how a VC-backed deep-tech startup works from the inside
• Be part of an ambitious, diverse team and grow alongside us
• Drive your own initiatives with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
• Gain valuable insights into how startups scale, build teams, and make strategic decisions

Requirements

• You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
• You have excellent German and English skills
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
• Initial experience in consulting, start-ups, or project management is a plus
