European Film Promotion (EFP) ist das Netzwerk von Filmpromotion- und Filmförderorganisationen aus 37 europäischen Ländern. Gemeinsam stärken wir die internationale Sichtbarkeit europäischer Filme und Talente.

Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n, strategisch denkende:n Geschäftsführer:in mit Führungsstärke, ausgeprägten Netzwerkkompetenzen und Leidenschaft für den europäischen Film. Der Sitz der Position ist Hamburg, wo Sie ein engagiertes Team operativ und strategisch, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und 38 Mitgliedsorganisationen, leiten.European Film Promotion (EFP) is the network of film promotion and funding organisations from 37 European countries. Together, we strengthen the international visibility of European films and talents.

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded Managing Director with strong leadership and networking skills and passion for European cinema. Based in Hamburg, you will lead EFP both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with the EFP Board and 38 member organisations – supported by a committed team on site.

Excellent command of German and English is required (C1 or C2 level).

-Steuerung internationaler Programme und Projekte

-Netzwerkpflege

-Vertretung von EFP auf Branchenevents weltweit

-Verantwortung für Budget, Förderung und Mittelakquise (u.a. MEDIA, BKM)

-Führung des Teams und Gestaltung der internen Zusammenarbeit

-Supervision PR & KommunikationKey Responsibilities-Overall strategic and operational leadership

-Management of international programmes and projects

-Cultivation of the EFP network

-Representation of EFP at industry events worldwide

-Budget responsibility, fundraising and public funding acquisition (e.g. MEDIA, BKM)

-Team leadership and internal coordination

-Supervision of PR and communications

Ihr Profil

Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1 oder C2) werden vorausgesetzt.Ihr Profil-Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen Film- oder AV-Branche

-Kenntnisse in Filmpromotion und europäischen Förderstrukturen

-Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz

-Strategisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität

-Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Networking-Fähigkeiten, diplomatisches Auftreten

-Ein starkes internationales Kontakt-Netzwerk in der Filmindustrie

-Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

-HochschulabschlussYour Profile-Several years of experience in the international film or audiovisual industry

-Strong knowledge of film promotion and European funding structures

-Proven team leadership experience
