Your tasks
Position:
We seek an experienced VP Global Business Development to scale Stenon’s precision agriculture solutions worldwide. You will drive B2B growth in nitrogen management and VRA, expand into LATAM and Asia, and build high-value partnerships across regions. With 8+ years’ experience in international Ag-Tech business development, a strong network, and a proven track record in closing complex deals, you will report directly to the CEO and turn innovation into global commercial success.
Tasks
Drive global B2B business development for Stenon’s N management & VRA solutions in Precision Agriculture.
Establish and expand partnerships with machinery manufacturers, ag-input providers, and large-scale producers.
Negotiate and close complex international agreements (license models, service contracts, take-or-pay structures).
Expand into new regions with a focus on LATAM and Asia, while also strengthening presence in Europe and North America.
Represent Stenon at international C-level negotiations, conferences, and industry events.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership across product, marketing, and tech.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in international business development or sales within Precision Agriculture / Ag-Tech.
Strong network in the industry – ideally with access to decision-makers in LATAM and Asia.
Proven track record of developing and closing high-value B2B partnerships across regions.
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on and pragmatic in a scale-up environment.
Excellent English skills – Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin are a big plus.
