As a Product / Operational Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and complying with legal, ethical and internal product specifications on a global level from our Grossostheim location.

Deine Aufgaben

• Monitoring and interpreting laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with these requirements
• Staying up-to-date on changes to regulations and standards
• Managing compliance “Radar”
• Communicating compliance requirements and expectations to relevant stakeholders including review of implementation globally
• Identifying potential compliance risks within the organization's operations
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans
• Developing and implementing systems to ensure ongoing compliance

Dein Profil

• Completed studies in engineering or comparable training
• 5-10 years’ Experience in compliance engineering, product development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of relevant engineering principles, product development processes, and regulatory requirements
• Talent to manage cross-functional, mission critical programs
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Experience in planning and conducting training courses and workshops
• Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and assessing compliance risks and resolving them
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences in German and English
• Independent self-starter with ability to solve problems and anticipate and avoid issues
• Strong team player
