End-user support for Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, antivirus solutions, and help desk ticketing systems; Mobile device management (iOS/Android) and ensuring device security through enterprise encryption.
Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; Manage Windows devices through Active Directory and meet service expectations through effective multitasking and SLA compliance.
Excellent internal customer service through clear communication and relationship building; Adaptability in a dynamic IT environment and availability for after-hours or weekend support when needed.
RequirementsWhat you should bring with you:Fluency in German and English as well as a valid work permit for a full-time position in Germany. Preference is given to German citizens or persons with permanent residence permits.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Office 365, and basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP and VPN.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Intune for modern device and identity management.
Proven ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent multitasking, time management and interpersonal skills, with a focus on high-quality customer service and adherence to deadlines.
