We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and lead our growth efforts.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Take ownership of our top-funnel activities from Email Marketing to Website and SEO, driving continuous optimization and innovation
• Lead testing and growth efforts in new channels to expand our reach
• Work closely and align with bus dev and sales teams to achieve overall ARR growth targets
• Measure, quantify and report on strategy and campaign performance
• Develop positioning, messaging and GTM plans and launch new products to the market
• Work with our founders and help build the team
• Make sure PULT is as loud as possible in the market

Qualifikation

You consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey.

You’re ambitious, fast and can piece together the information to build and own a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential Marketing growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments.

• +2 years of relevant experience Demand Generation / Online Marketing / Growth
• Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional ability in crafting engaging email content that captures the audience's attention and encourages action
• Skilled with Tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Clay or similar tools
• You thrive in high-growth startup environments; you’re entrepreneurial, fast learning, and resourceful
• Has a good understanding of B2B SaaS
• Strong organisational, project management and prioritisation skills
• You are a strong communicator with excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English
