Job description

This role primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to actively grow ImoGate’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, tactics to boost ImoGate awareness and drive qualified new business leads traffic.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and ImoGate’s competitor’s marketing movements
• Identify and attract the right customers and arm the sales team with prospects and plenty of information/business insight to help take the sales.
• Analyze data to evaluate success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

Your skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the Marketing discipline, curiosity for Data Management and/or Real Estate market and/or Investment Management; with a good experience in employing state of the art marketing techniques, you will manage strategic marketing programs, supporting new client acquisitions, fostering customers retention and providing advanced brand building.

• Proven success as Marketing Director in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies (in-bond and out-bond), channels and branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Up to speed with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing automation and CRM tools as well as online marketing techniques and measurement :
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsights, Omniture )
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords
• Real Estate and/or Investment Management and/or Data Management business knowldege
• High School in Business, Marketing and/or Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
