YOUR TASKS

You coordinate strategic projects during their execution phase, involving locomotives in your region

You lead local projects from requirements definition to implementation — managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans

You plan, organize, and coordinate locomotive modifications and revisions with suppliers, based on the global project schedule — and may also support acquisition projects

You ensure revision planning is communicated to all stakeholders (e.g. clients, CCM) and proactively manage any deviations together with suppliers, project engineers, operations, and ECM

You report progress and risks to the programme manager and escalate issues where needed

You set up and maintain processes to manage project scope, quality, performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle

You develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for each project

You regularly monitor progress to ensure alignment with timelines and project scope

You document and report project outcomes and escalate risks as appropriate

You follow the company’s project management methodology and best practices

You bring experience in project or programme management

You have solid knowledge of risk management frameworks

You show strong leadership and interpersonal skills

You’re tech-savvy and confident in managing technical topics

You’re familiar with the railway or transportation industry
