Your tasks

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will be working closely with customers and colleagues across Germany and other European countries. Your main tasks include:

  • Managing commercial tasks related to service orders, including:
  • Processing service partner invoices and reports
  • Managing warranty registrations
  • Supporting cost estimations for repairs
  • Coordinating drive exchanges and special service offerings
  • Providing product support and executing commercial product notes
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks (e.g. related to returns, spare parts)
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the EMEA region
  • Supporting root cause analyses and problem-solving
  • Working in close alignment with technical teams, service workshops, customers, service partners, and the sales order handling team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in service order handling, sales order handling or a similar customer service function
  • A solid customer service mindset and good communication skills
  • Experience and confidence in using IT systems and digital tools such as ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with openness to develop and learn
  • A proactive, flexible and collaborative attitude
  • Excellent German language skills and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
