We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Director (f, m, d) for the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg to accelerate our growth and scale our high-value B2B sales.

What you will do:

  • to drive exponential growth in monthly recurring revenue Execute the sales strategy
  • by selling our proven, certified SoftPOS solutions to enterprise merchants and ISVs Win high-value enterprise accounts
  • with key industry players, including acquirers, cash register vendors, and other growth enablers Forge strategic partnerships
  • at industry events, with customers and partners, and across digital channels Represent Rubean
  • to the CEO Reporting directly

What we are looking for:

  • , ideally with major retail companies Proven track-record in the payment industry
  • , with a strong track record of winning new business and managing strategic accounts 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales
  • , with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers Deep expertise in consultative selling
  • ,preferably also in French Fluent in German and English
  • with a passion for scaling high-growth companies Ambitious, results-driven mindset
