Ihre Aufgaben

• Maintaining an effective ICT risk management system and framework in accordance with legal requirements and Company’s policies.
• Support the identification and assessment of all relevant ICT risks to which the companies in the AND-E SE group are exposed.
• Draft stress and scenario tests and challenge of the determined protection requirements based on legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. EIOPA guidelines)
• Submission of the results and reports of the ICT risk management process to the relevant stakeholders
• Creation and review of a central ICT Risk Management guideline for managing ICT risks across the organization

Ihr Profil

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or IT Engineering and experience (minimum 2 years) in ICT or Security risk management, through professional roles
• Knowledge of key ICT risk frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
• Familiarity with relevant European insurance regulations, particularly DORA and VAIT, or willingness to deepen knowledge in this area
• Understanding of incident management and business continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR) practices and third-party risk management / outsourcing risk
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to grow further in these areas
• Fluent written and spoken English. German and other European languages are an advantage
