Was Sie erwartet

Bei Gates Tube Fittings in Euskirchen unterstützen Sie unser IT-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft – vom 1st Level Support über die Hardwarekonfiguration bis hin zur Erstellung von Reports. Sie sammeln wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen SQL, Netzwerke, Datenbanken und Systemadministration – mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, die sich Ihrem Studienalltag anpassen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner im 1st Level Support für unsere internen Anwender
• Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware
• Erstellung und Pflege von Reports (SQL, VBS) aus unserem ERP- und Datawarehouse-System
• Unterstützung des IT-Managers bei laufenden Projekten
• Erste Einblicke in Netzwerktechnik, Windows-Server und Systemadministration (System i)

Ihr Hintergrund und Ihre Fähigkeiten

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Erste Kenntnisse in SQL, VBS und idealerweise in Netzwerken oder Windows-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und IT-Affinität
