Our growing Design & Development Department in Murg is looking for reinforcement through a

Clothing technician (m/f/d) quality management

Your tasks:

• Coordination of incoming goods inspections - Ensuring efficient processes in the final inspection in close coordination with the responsible team
• Ensuring product quality - technical assessment of production failures, testing and approval of size sets or counter samples as well as decision-making in the event of delivery defects in cooperation with technical development
• Processing supplier complaints - analysing, evaluating and documenting complaints and coordinating the necessary measures with the technical departments
• Managing the timely processing of repair cases
• Maintaining and updating quality guidelines - Responsibility for the quality manual, packaging instructions and defect lists
• Logging and tracking - documentation of discussed processes, management of rework including technical instructions and invoicing for repair costs
• Optimisation of quality standards - identification and implementation of improvements throughout the supply chain in close cooperation with the development, work preparation and purchasing departments

Our new team member should have:

• Completed training or studies in the field of clothing technology
• Ideally professional experience in the field of swimwear and/or lingerie
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Structured and solution-orientated way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
