Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Applications Engineer to support the growing team in Konstanz, Germany. This is an in-office position (With flexibility for hybrid home-office arrangement)

Tasks

• Conduct product training on-site with international customers
• Provide technical support to our international customers. This requires in-depth hardware & software debugging skills
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical product documentation
• Assist business development team in regional demonstrations and trade shows
• Collaborate closely with development and product owner team to rigorously test and validate features before closing tickets
• Take on special assignments, including on-site measurement service jobs at customer sites

Requirements

• Technical Degree (e.g. bachelor’s in aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering), or training in technical field
• Fluent German and English language skills; Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for a diverse audience
• Strong computer skills and experience with engineering applications
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks in hangar environment, including working at heights, or navigating around various physical environments
• 50%+ travel (scheduled in advance, often international)
• Enthusiasm and eagerness for customer service
