Your tasks

Your mission

Our infrastructure team provides the technical foundation for our digital products and services. You will work closely with our developers, designers, and product teams to ensure a robust, secure, and scalable environment. Your tasks include:

• Managing and improving our internal IT setup (Mac/Linux device fleet, user management, etc.).
• Designing, implementing and evolving cloud architectures on GCP and Azure, including networking, compute, and hybrid integrations with external bare metal systems.
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and other automation tools.
• Collaborating with frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python) developers to provide development environments and support CI/CD workflows.
• Ensuring security, monitoring, and scalability across all layers of our infrastructure.
• Evaluating and integrating new technologies to continuously improve our platform stack.

About you

• You have several years of professional experience in system administration and infrastructure engineering, especially in Mac/Linux environments.
• You are experienced with tools like Ansible and Bash and feel comfortable automating recurring tasks and managing device fleets.
• You have hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining, and evolving cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
• You are familiar with modern infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools.
• You enjoy working closely with developers (frontend and backend) and understand their workflows and needs.
• You are a team player who works independently and solution-oriented and enjoys building and improving infrastructure systems.
• Your communication skills and technical understanding enable you to communicate complex topics clearly.
• You are fluent in German and English, both in written and spoken.
