Responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team
• Implementation of mixing development and optimization processes
• Ensuring process engineering workflows and troubleshooting
• Process optimization / continuous improvement (CIP) and project work
• Ensuring the quality of raw materials used and compounds produced
• Responsible for compliance with and execution of internal audits / 5S / LPMS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is desirable or can be compensated by relevant professional experience
• Experience: Extensive industry experience with leadership responsibilities
• Tools: Proficient in Excel, SAP, and familiar with relevant systems and audit requirements
• Languages: Excellent German and English skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and support other locations
• Strengths: Analytical thinking, initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills
