About us

We are a community of real people who turn our passion into impact. We shape the future of brands through people, community and culture. We make ideas happen.

We began our journey as an exclusive partner of adidas, UEFA, and FC Bayern in 2012, from our headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Since then, we have continued to push the boundaries of human interaction. We understand what society and our world need.

Our purpose is to enable each other and brands to create real change in people’s lives, ultimately making our world a happier place. Community and culture are therefore a core part of our work. We approach marketing holistically and have expertise in strategy, creative and experiences. We are now a global community with over 250 individuals in 18 global offices spanning 6 continents. We collaborate with handpicked partners all over the world to bring beauty to the spheres of sport, culture and sustainability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The digital event and guest management team builds a solid base for multiple projects within our agency by using our multi-functional event management software solutions in a wide range of projects and events.

You will support the project managers in the team with the integration of our tools according to deadlines and budget considerations.

You will work alongside the project managers in collecting all necessary tool-related requirements and assist in finding the most suitable solutions.

You will learn the process of how to set up the event management tool (website, registration forms, design, e-mails, etc.) in close cooperation with our colleagues and all stakeholders involved (main departments: hospitality, corporate communications, graphics, brand experiences, etc.). Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining data sets and the creation of high quality reports.

• Assist our project managers in all event management tool related topics
• Get insights in managing and executing event management tools & maintaining data sets
• Create reports on a regular base to keep all stakeholders updated
• Be responsible for integrating the event management tools in several projects and events, incl. specific functions
• Implement necessary processes within the software from the first briefing to go-live on a guest facing level
• Develop concepts and strategies in cooperation with our project managers
• Draft and maintain project plans, timelines, internal and external presentations and documentations
• Independently manage assigned project areas while making sure that the project lead is updated at all times
• Build and develop project management skills and take over responsibility in a global agency

• Education. You are a student of business administration/marketing/IT or have an equivalent education in event or project management.
• Skills. You have first experience in working with MS Office and web-based software, knowledge in HTML/CSS is an advantage.
