For a project assignment with our well-known international customer AIRBUS in Manching, we are seeking you in the field of engineering technical planning and workload processes support.

Your tasks

TASKS

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Support execution and coordination of annual budget OP/EACs/Forecast
  • Support the coordination and management of workload and implementation in SAP
  • Support to Engineering Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization
  • Support CE and CoCs for internal Eng. processes
  • Support planning activities for Workload processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Comparable qualification or at least a Master's or Diploma degree in engineering
  • Professional experience in contract management of at least 2 years
  • Proficient skills in data analytics and data management required
  • IT skills: MS Excel (at least detailed specialized knowledge), MS Office (at least detailed specialized knowledge), SAP knowledge preferred
  • Language skills: English (at least business fluent), German language skills preferred but not necessary
