Your tasks

What You Will Do

As Head of FP&A, you will lead our financial planning, analysis, and control activities, partnering with business leaders to provide actionable insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly controlling activities, including:
• Revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Personnel expenses
• Variance analysis to budget, prior year, and other comparatives
• Required inputs for external reporting
• Act as a Business Partner for Business Unit and Cost Centre owners.
• Lead preparation and management of budgeting and planning processes.
• Develop and improve financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare material sections of the monthly financial reporting packages.
• Provide input into the annual audit process, including planning for impairment testing.
• Manage initiatives to improve financial efficiency, including proposals to optimize the cost base.
• Collaborate closely with the Data and Revenue Operations teams to optimize reporting and contribute to the data reporting roadmap.

You will be great for this position if you have

• 8-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related finance leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CFA or an accounting qualification is a plus.
• Strong track record of partnering with business leaders and driving performance improvement.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• In-depth understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Experience managing or improving financial efficiency within a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to work onsite in Berlin.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
