• Market screening to extend local supply base ( EU & US) -

  • Focus on composite

Fuel

• Aftermarket re-quote of different projects  - (Ford C519/ VW Sharan/Renault X62 X82)

  • Align needs and MOQ with plant logistics and sales
  • Request for supplier quotes
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers / CBD review
  • Define and propose the new aftermarket process based on lessons learned from the experience on the working projects

• Support in Digitalization:

  • RFQ preparation for Aftermarket programs

• Support on cost reduction activities

Your profile
