We are seeking a Marketing Partnerships Creative Manager with expansive experience working on brands from various categories, in a full time position for 18 months as Maternity Cover.
About The Role
The Marketing Partnerships Creative team collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly. The successful candidate will lead creative campaign development on behalf of Netflix and drive best creative outcomes with our brand partners across the DACH region, demonstrating a strong strategic acumen, an asserted creative point of view and a partnership mindset.
Whilst the focus will be on working with brands, some operational support (e.g. creative approvals, retail activation support etc. ) with our local operator and telco partners like Sky, Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom etc. may be required also.
All candidates should demonstrate their deep experience and passion for creative advertising and executing 360 campaigns across multiple touchpoints. But the truly outstanding candidates will offer a clear and compelling point of view on good creative and how/why Netflix is well positioned to offer something new and better to enhance the entertainment experience for both brands and members alike.
