Lieferando is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join its strategy team, working alongside a small team of strategy and program managers.

Reporting into the Head of Strategy, you'll be part of Lieferando's country coordination function, at the heart of the business and across all the exciting developments and initiatives we have planned. You will work cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives such organizational design, loyalty and expansion that drive our business performance.

This role will involve working on a varied and exciting set of projects from start to end, covering a wide span of topics across critical parts of our business, like loyalty, expansion, and our go-to-market strategy. You will put our business strategy into practice by planning and driving these key initiatives, steering a diverse team of functional stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Plan and lead a selection of strategic projects and programs for Lieferando, covering a wide range of topics like loyalty, expansion and operating model-/organizational design.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; coordinate project deliverables, and document progress to keep a wide range of stakeholders informed.
• Work cross-functionally to drive the success of these projects and programs and provide direction, support, and guidance to project teams to ensure effective teamwork.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring them throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact.
• Use data analysis to understand key business developments and trends, proactively identifying opportunities for growth or improvements to our programs and operations.
• Contribute to performance reporting on key parts of our business, including supporting the creation of Quarterly and Monthly business review materials.
• Work with the broader strategy team to help identify key future bets and opportunities for innovation, helping to establish our longer-term strategic agenda.

What will you bring to the table?

• 2-4 years of experience in management / strategy consulting or a similar field; with project management / leadership experience and exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of financial / commercial KPIs for a consumer-facing marketplace business.
• Highly effective communication, including the ability to communicate complex business information concisely and understandably, as well as strong deck creation and data modelling skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, including experience working with a range of stakeholders from different functions and seniority levels.
• Very organised and effective with planning, scheduling, and budgeting to deliver according to set deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a can-do attitude, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required. German would be beneficial
