Your tasks

• Management of projects, independent, team-oriented
• Design of the economic and technical conditions of the offers
• Realization of the projects taking into account the deadline, cost and quality aspects
• Support of the client, coordination with authorities, architects and specialist planners
• Technical and economic responsibility of the projects

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical training
• Several years of experience in construction and/or project management
• Knowledge of VOB, contracting, construction and rules and regulations
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Ideally knowledge of English
