About the position
We are looking for an exceptional Site Manager to take full ownership of our location in Hamburg .
This is not just a site management role - it's a business leadership position with end-to-end accountability over revenue growth, profitability, and team performance.
You will lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, operations, and community experience, driving commercial success while delivering an outstanding member experience.
Reporting directly to the City Lead, you will act as the P&L owner, sales strategist, and operational head of the locations. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, sharpen processes, and shape the commercial trajectory of your units.

Requirements
2+ years in senior business management, multi-unit leadership, or general management roles, ideally with direct P&L ownership.
*Strong B2B sales expertise, including deal-making, client management, and pipeline acceleration.
Proven financial and operational acumen, with a sharp eye for KPIs, budgeting, and business analysis.
Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling top-performing teams.
Comfortable navigating dynamic, multi-site environments with multiple stakeholders.
*Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Background in hospitality, coworking, premium retail, or service industries - a strong advantage.
