Key Responsibilities

Partnership (50 %)

• Map the worldwide landscape of potential lead generation and sales/distribution partners
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email and book intro calls for senior management
• Prepare one‑pagers and presentation decks
• Track pipeline stage, partner KPIs and information updates in our CRM
• Coordinate co‑marketing activities and measure joint‑campaign performance

Sales (50 %)

• Prospect hedge funds, asset managers & corporates using LinkedIn and our internal data tools
• Execute ~30–40 targeted cold calls / day plus multistep email sequences to secure discovery meetings
• Qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile and hand off to Account Executives
• Keep CRM data squeaky‑clean and compile weekly activity &

Profile

• Student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Masters student with at least 1 year left for degree completion)
• First exposure to B2B sales, business development (internship or working student role). Previous experience is a big plus
• Confident communicator in English (C1). Additional European languages are a plus
• Not afraid of the phone; you enjoy turning cold outreach into warm conversations
• Tech‑savvy: comfortable with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive), automations and LinkedIn
• Analytical mindset: you love KPIs, funnels and finding growth “levers.”
• Able to work 15–20h/week during
