Essential Functions of the job:

The Manager Market Access (Pricing) will define and execute the Market Access plan at national, regional and local level and supports the Director of Market Access for the market access of BeOne’s products in Germany.

  • Support, define, develop, and execute market access initiatives & strategic pricing & reimbursement contracts for the products at national, regional and hospital levels.
  • Development and adaptation of the Global Value Dossier to reach a fair price and reimbursement.
  • Elaborate negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the products at national, regional and local levels.
  • Accompany, in close cooperation with other departments, the development of reimbursement dossiers in Germany (early advice, dossier creation, hearing procedures).
  • Supporting the preparation of various negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analysis AMNOG reimbursement processes.
  • Department budget management & tracking / finance planning.
  • Support collaboration between market access and distribution.
  • Coordination of price changes, clawbacks and mandatory rebates.
  • Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct).

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar
  • Profound knowledge of the National health system and understanding of the payer system and reimbursement challenges and opportunities in Germany and Austria, including experience in HTA dossier submissions and price negotiations
  • Comprehension of the medicine reimbursement system in Germany, in particular negotiations based on § 130b SGB V
  • Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key stakeholders for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels
  • Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity
  • Holistic and strategic vision
  • Persuasive communication with high presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and German, both oral and written communications
  • Computer skills MS Office programs

Travel: Approximately 20% of time
