Your tasks

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and optimization for our clients' TikTok Shops. Leveraging your expertise, you will support multiple brands, boost sales, and enhance their visibility on TikTok.

• TikTok Shop Management: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok Shop accounts to ensure smooth operations and maximize performance
• Sales Strategy: By developing and implementing effective sales strategies, you will increase product visibility and drive conversions
• Performance Analysis: Regularly tracking key metrics and analyzing data will help you refine strategies to boost revenue and improve results
• Influencer Collaboration: Working closely with influencers, you will enhance brand engagement and drive sales through live shopping experiences
• Trend Monitoring: Staying up to date with TikTok’s latest trends, features, and best practices will ensure that content remains relevant and impactful
• Problem-Solving Skills: When challenges arise, you will quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain a seamless shopping experience

• Experience: You have worked with TikTok Shop, and understand how to develop successful digital sales strategies
• Platform Knowledge: Your deep understanding of TikTok’s trends, influencer landscape, and user behavior enables you to create engaging and effective campaigns
• Analytical Skills: You know how to track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to drive better results
• Project Management: Managing multiple campaigns at once comes naturally to you, and you can keep projects organized and on schedule
• Fast-Paces Mindset: You thrive in an agency environment, enjoy working with creative teams, and adapt quickly to industry changes
