About MR MARVIS

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new MR MARVIS store in Frankfurt, Germany with an expected opening date in December! To help make this launch a success, we're seeking a passionate and experienced AssistantStore Manager, who is available fulltime, including a weekend day.

MR MARVIS is an Amsterdam-based men's clothing brand launched in 2016, dedicated to creating the perfect shorts, trousers and tops. We are the largest Dutch clothing brand with a B Corp Certification; a label which is only awarded to companies that demonstrably make a positive impact and contribute to a better world. You've probably spotted us in vibrant cities such as Amsterdam, Antwerp, Munich and Brussels and we have a strong online presence across Europe.

What's on a your typical to-do list:

In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Store Manager , you are responsible for reaching the shop's commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.

• Inspiring your team and customers with MR MARIVS' values and carrying out the brand story as an ambassador;
• Maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out;
• Organising events taking place in the shop;
• Managing, coaching and motivating the shop team;
• Being responsible for achieving the shop's commercial targets;
• Playing an active role in improving KPIs;
• Hiring new style advisors and conducting job interviews;
• Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand;
• In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative;
• You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;
• Customer- and service-oriented;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
• You are tech savvy and can work a laptop;
• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;
• Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.
