trenzyme GmbH has been a research service provider in the field of cell line development and recombinant protein production since 2000. As an outsourcing partner, the company supports research and development departments of academic institutes, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies around the world. Tasks:

• Maintaining and developing the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015: coordination, creation and review of SOPs and auxiliary controlled documents, risk management, stakeholder analysis, knowledge management, maintenance of QMS database system, implementation of GDPR with external data protection officer, deletion policy, implementation of new requirements and resolving QM queries.
• Responsibility for internal and external audits: Preparation, implementation and follow-up of actions.
• Train and involve staff in relevant QM processes.

Your profile:

To be considered, candidates should have prior hands-on laboratory experience and be able to commit to a minimum duration of 3 months.

• Degree and/or completed training in quality management (in particular DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), scientific background and experience in QM an advantage.
• Competence in the use of computers and standard software (MS Office).
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Able to think innovatively and keep coming up with new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, reliably and accurately.
