About E-FARM

Based in Hamburg, Germany, E-FARM is rethinking how farmers across Europe buy and sell machines. With over €150 million in transactions and support from industry giants like CLAAS (Germany) and venture capitalists like byWIT (Sweden), we’re a fast-growing startup driven by technology, international teamwork, and customer obsession. Now, we’re looking for motivated international students to join us as active contributors in our joint sales and marketing efforts.

Your challenge

This is not an internship for spectators. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Romanian market. As part of our international sales & marketing team, you will:

• Pre-sales & Post-sales Activities (Romania focus): Engage directly with Romanian customers, prepare tailored offers, follow up on local leads, and drive the entire sales process for your region.
• Localized Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and adapt content that resonates with Romanian audiences, support email campaigns and social media initiatives aimed at lead generation and brand visibility in Romania.
• AI Sales Tool Management: Use and optimize our AI-powered tools to enhance sales performance – tailored to the behavior and needs of Romanian customers.
• Customer Happiness (in Romania): Be a trusted point of contact for Romanian clients – virtually or on the ground – helping them make informed decisions. You’ll represent our brand and values in your home market.

Your profile

• Enrolled at a university, ideally at non-German Erasmus+ university and in the final stages of your studies
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months
• Willing and able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany during the internship
• Strong English skills, plus native-level Romanian
• Deep understanding of the Romanian market and digital consumer behavior
• Proactive and hands-on – you’re excited to take ownership and work on real impact
• Committed to driving results and delivering customer satisfaction, not just observing from the sidelines
