Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school
• Collaborate with the extended leadership team to drive and implement the school's strategic initiatives

• Lead and support a diverse team of educators and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with local and international educational standards
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners

Profile

• You hold a recognized teaching qualification, such as the First and Second State Examinations or an equivalent international credential, and bring solid classroom experience
• You have proven leadership experience within a school setting, demonstrating competence in pedagogical guidance as well as organizational and administrative responsibilities - ideally in an international or bilingual school environment
• You possess native-level proficiency in either German or English and communicate confidently and professionally in the other language
• You bring strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• You are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school culture
