For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim, starting from October 1st 2025, we are looking for an:

Expat Operator (m/f/d) for Mexico

These are your tasks:

• Operator with flexibility, hands-on competence, experience with recovery to secure handover / transfer of knowledge to Mexican stakeholders and knowledge transfer from Oxford Home Study Centre's (OHSC) pre-assembly and final assembly production & inspection to blue-collar employees in Mexico
• Assembly work, carrying out quality assurance and prepare, execute and coordinate the assembly process with other assemblies
• Assemble parts and material and visually inspect items according to instructions, working plans or drawings
• Check instructions for completeness, determine material / buy parts and its availability, retrieve parts and report shortages
• Identify errors, correct defined faults, inform / report about causes and manage troubleshooting

Who we are looking for:

• Trained in the field of production or a comparable education and professional experience in the desired area
• Commitment to Diehl Aviation's internationalisation strategy and growth plus passion and engagement to bring cultures together and solve discrepancies
• Willingness to accept new behavior patterns, tolerance of ambiguity, approach of people without prejudice, flexibility in cultural behaviors, cultural empathy and interpersonal skills
• Start-up mentality, hands-on competence and willingness to travel between Mexico and Germany
