We are looking for a detail- and relationship-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure our office operations, financial tracking, and customer relationships run smoothly.
- Support the distribution team with order processing and administrative tasks
- Create box office and royalty reports to track attendance and payments
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding royalty payments
- Organize and distribute marketing tools to customers
- Coordinate content delivery with producers, vendors, and clients
- Assist in planning for conferences and film festivals (logistics, materials, hotels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
- Good communication skills (written & verbal), fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about learning and delivering excellent service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), MailChimp, and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho)
