Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte

• You will conduct analyses and evaluations of safety-relevant aspects of systems in the aerospace and defense sectors.
• You will develop and assess requirements for product safety and functional safety based on national and international standards, both civilian and military.
• You will analyze facilities regarding (occupational) safety and define preventive and corrective measures.
• You will create comprehensive safety concepts to ensure product safety.
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement safety strategies and measures.

Das bringst Du mit

• You hold a degree in Functional Safety Engineering or a comparable technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering), or you have a technical vocational training with relevant experience (e.g., as a safety specialist, safety engineer, or product safety officer).
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in safety assessment and risk management.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills at a C1 level.
• You have a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, including FMEA.
• You are familiar with relevant national and European standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ARP 4761) as well as occupational safety standards (e.g., DGUV and BAUA standards); knowledge of Jira is a plus
