Our team is looking for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled part-time or full-time.

Your tasks will be:

Recording of job advertisements on various portals Personnel master data maintenance Co-supervision of our trainees Preparation of vacation contracts and training contracts Preparation of employment and training references Recording vacation data Communication with partners such as health insurance companies, income tax office, IHK, company doctor Public relations work, e.g. social media platforms, trade fair appearances, website support, design of advertising materials Taking over the design of our employee app Working in the graphic design app Canva Support with internal personnel processes

Your profile and our expectations:

First professional experience in personnel administration or a similar task would be very advantageous Responsible and independent way of working Confident handling of MS Office Experience in working with social media platforms desirable Written and spoken English language skills desired The ability to work in a team, reliability and strong communication skills round off your profile
