Aufgaben

• Verantworten aller Einkaufsaktivitäten im Bereich Zeichnungsteile, technische Komponenten

• Führung von Preisverhandlungen sowie Verhandlungen von Rahmenverträgen

• Abwicklung des operativen Bestellwesens

• Auswahl, Bewertung und Qualifizierung von Lieferanten

• Recherche und Aufbau neuer Bezugsquellen sowie die Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Fristen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachabteilungen

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Reklamationsverfolgung und -beseitigung

Tasks

• Responsible for all purchasing activities in the area of drawing parts, technical components

• Conducting price negotiations and negotiating framework agreements

• Handling the operational ordering process

• Selecting, evaluating and qualifying suppliers

• Researching and developing new sources of supply and monitoring delivery dates and deadlines

• Close cooperation with related specialist departments

• Active collaboration in complaint tracking and resolution

Ihr Profil

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, vorteilhaft ist eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, im Maschinenbaubereich von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP R/3-Kenntnisse (MM) wünschenswert

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gute fertigungstechnische Kenntnisse

• Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, further commercial training or comparable qualification is advantageous

• Professional experience in technical purchasing, in the mechanical engineering sector an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM) desirable

• Good written and spoken English skills for communication with international suppliers an advantage

• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of production technology.

• Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
