eStrategy Consulting is a boutique consultancy for digital business innovation and transformation based in Berlin Mitte. Our fields of activity are the development and establishment of digitally driven innovative business models, products and services, omnichannel marketing and sales including e-commerce, operational excellence and process optimisation as well as implementation and transformation management. We work for clients from the world of B2C and B2B retail, manufacturers and industrial clients, financial services, real estate, smart cities and the public sector. The majority of our projects take place in German-speaking countries, while at the same time our involvement in international consulting activities and projects is growing.

Your role…

• Development of analyses and decision papers on digital business models, omnichannel commerce strategies and on digital products and services
• Conception and development of key components such as process designs, infrastructure plans, cross-device user experience approaches, online marketing and customer relationship strategies or sales funnel optimizations
• Support in the conception and optimization of digital business models, business cases, products, services and platforms
• Assistance for senior consultants delivering exceptional outcomes to the clients, for example through the preparation, implementation and follow-up workshops
• Help in the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing customer base

Your profile…

• Degree in a business administration, business informatics or a related field of study (a Master’s degree is desirable)
• At least one year of work experience in the area of analysis, evaluation, planning, development and implementation of digital or omnichannel commerce strategies or in product or project management (e.g. in start-ups, consultancies, digital agencies or on the customer side and can refer to first project references)
• Outstanding qualitative and quantitative skills
• Relevant knowledge of the digital economy, internet technologies, databases, e-commerce and omnichannel-commerce
• Solid experience with the tools of classical management consulting as well as with innovative methods such as co-creation, design thinking or rapid evaluation
• Goal-oriented, reliable, independent and structured way with a high level of commitment
• Integrity and trusting handling of sensitive information
• Communication talent, enthusiasm, humour, team spirit and social competence
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills
