Rubean AG is a multinational fintech company based in Munich, Germany, and the leading provider of pure software point-of-sale solutions for banks, acquirers and merchants. With our solution, regular smartphones become secure and fast payment acceptance terminal (POS devices) without any additional hardware.

Rubean is a leading provider of Software Point of Sale (SoftPOS) terminals for accepting contactless card payments on mobile devices, such as regular mobile phones. Small to large retailers, delivery services and restaurants have been using the PCI MPoC verified software under the PhonePOS brand in Europe and Latin America. PhonePOS is the only SoftPOS solution that supports Germany´s most widely used girocard .

Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to take our commercial reach to the next level. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and filling the sales pipeline through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, events, digital) to support sales and brand growth
  • Own and manage the lead generation funnel: campaigns, tools, KPIs, optimization
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and target the right customer segments
  • Create and manage marketing content: newsletters, one-pagers, landing pages, white papers, presentations
  • Manage and grow our digital presence: LinkedIn, website, SEO/SEM
  • Represent Rubean at events, trade shows, and industry forums

Your profile:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing or lead generation, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Strong skills in both campaign execution and storytelling
  • Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn ads, CMS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate
