Aufgaben

• Innovative Weiterentwicklung vorhandener und neu zu entwickelnde Plasmaprozesse

• Definition und Kommunikation der Anlagenanforderungen mit unserem Joint Venture Partner Avaco in Korea

• Qualitätssicherung und Mitwirkung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess der Anlagen

• Prozesstechnische Inbetriebnahme von Plasmaanlagen im Unternehmen und bei Kunden weltweit

• Durchführung von Abnahmetests inkl. der relevanten Messungen und Dokumentationen

• Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort

• Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen für neue Mitarbeiter

Tasks

• Innovative further development of existing and new plasma processes to be developed

• Definition and communication of system requirements with our joint venture partner Avaco in Korea

• Quality assurance and involvement in the continuous improvement process of the systems

• Process-related commissioning of plasma systems at the company and at customers' sites worldwide

• Carrying out acceptance tests, including the relevant measurements and documentation

• Supporting our customers on site

• Carrying out training measures for new employees

Ihr Profil

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Plasmaanlagen und Plasmaprozessen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Plasmaanlagen und -prozessen

• Fähigkeit komplexe Produktionsanlagen zu verstehen und zu analysieren

• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

• Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

• Globale Reisebereitschaft

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Requirements

• Degree in physics or several years of experience in the development of plasma systems and plasma processes

• Several years of experience in the development of plasma systems and processes

• Ability to understand and analyze complex production systems

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Willingness to travel globally

• Good command of written and spoken English
