Aufgaben

• Herstellung von Teilen nach Konstruktionsplänen

• Programmerstellung und Optimierung

• Maschinenrüstungen

• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation von Arbeitsmitteln, Werkzeugen und Material

• Drehen und Fräsen mit diversen Steuerungen wie der Fanuc-Steuerung

• Transportarbeiten mit Flurförderfahrzeugen

• Pflege, Wartung und Reparatur von Vorrichtungen,Maschinen und Anlagen

• Werkerselbstkontrolle

• Bedienung des Regallagersystems sowie von Auswucht- und Räummaschinen

Tasks

• Production of parts according to design plans

• Program creation and optimization

• Machine setups

• Independent organization of work equipment, tools and materials

• Turning and milling with various control systems such as the Fanuc control system

• Transportation work with industrial trucks

• Care, maintenance and repair of devices, machines and systems

• Worker self-inspection

• Operating the rack storage system and balancing and broaching machines

Ihr Profil

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder ähnliche Ausbildung

• Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

• Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial technician or similar training

• Structured and independent way of working

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
