Your profile

• A very strong academic record in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or an equivalent professional qualification

• Ideally, you have already gained first professional work experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above

• We consider it a plus if you experienced several months of studying, working or travelling abroad

• You are business fluent in English. German and/or French would be an advantage

• You have very strong analytical and conceptual skills, think critically and enjoy solving problems

• You need to be initiative-taking, goal-oriented and respond positively to challenges

• You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion

• You take on responsibility with motivation and drive

• You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives

• You master your everyday work with creative solutions and “out of the box” thinking
