Tasks

• Own and optimize all paid performance channels (including SEA, SEO, paid social, affiliate, display, and native advertising)
• Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Conceptualize, execute, and test data-driven advertising campaigns, including A/B and multivariate tests
• Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Prepare actionable reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations to ensure compliance and innovation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing (SEA, SEO, paid social); affiliate marketing experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic DSPs)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign testing and optimization
• Experience in the fintech, lending or banking industry is highly valued
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently in a remote team
• English at B1/B2 level or higher; German is a plus
