We play a vital role in setting and implementing the global strategy of TKE. We work closely with different central functions and regional teams to develop a robust strategic framework. We oversee the annual strategic review process and leverage advanced analytics to interpret market- and competitive data and trends, transforming complex information into actionable insight. As Working Student/Intern (d/f/m) Corporate Strategy you will contribute to and experience strategic work in a highly international environment. In your role you will: Contribute to strategy workshops with cross-functional leaders, supporting the definition of long-term goals and strategic priorities Identify, analyze and track trends, changes, and disruptions in relevant markets and competitors and derive implications for TKE Prepare market intelligence reports and other strategy presentations for the TKE Senior Leadership Team Support in the preparation, organization and communication of the annual strategic review process to refine strategies aligned with goals and market dynamics Support the Board Office with various tasks Student of business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent at a university or university of applied sciences First experience in the area of business development, project management and/or consulting is a plus Interest in quantitative and qualitative research Highly self-driven with a good sense of responsibility Top-notch conceptual and analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety and diversity of topics Team player with good social and communication skills to be able to work in diverse team constellations Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications with advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills; Power BI proficiency is a plus Fluent English (written & spoken) required; knowledge of German/another foreign language is a plus Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position for at least 6 months or full-time internship for at least 3 months From theory to practice - you gain valuable practical experience and have the chance to expand your professional network Above-average vacation entitlement - With us you get vacation according to the collective agreement Flexible work location - Depending on the task, you also have the option of working partly from your remote office Flexible working hours - With us, you can easily combine your studies with work Open corporate culture - We place more value on your personality than on a specific dress code Great team - We are on a first-name basis and communicate at eye level across all positions Your well-being is important to us - You can expect free hot and cold drinks for an optimal start to the day, a kiosk with rolls, cakes and snacks for the small appetite and varied discounted food in the canteen at noon Almost as nice as at home - We offer you bright, modern workplaces and good IT equipment We value diversity At TK Elevator, we aim to embrace diversity and welcome everyone -no matter the ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender expression, age, social background, religion or world belief, sexual orientation, disability, marital status or any other legally protected characteristic or status.
