Media Manager for Circle K in our Mid-European region: Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Circle K is looking for an experienced Media Manager for the Mid-European region. The role manages the partnership with media agency HUB and oversees all paid media and advertising activities in close collaboration with European Media, Digital, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include full budget ownership, briefing, planning, optimization, reporting, and the implementation of martech programs in line with EU guidelines and local market needs. The Media Manager is part of the European marketing team and works closely with the Mid-European Integration Manager, Senior Media Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and brand development in line with Circle K’s vision and values. Manage our Media agency relationship and ways of working for mid-EU with support from our European Media lead. Full budget management for paid media in the 4 markets. Responsible for briefing, planning, optimizing, and reporting all paid media activities in the 4 markets with your agency team and based on EU guidelines. Responsible for marketing effectiveness, campaign measurement and test & learn plans in the 4 markets with data & analytics Implement martech programs and lead media innovation in the 4 market Proven experience in media and advertising - either on agency or client-side, including large budget management. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams. Methodical, strong attention-to-detail and results-driven, with a focus on achieving goals. Proven ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders to ensure business goals are met. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics or other reporting tools, to analyse and present campaign performance. Hands-on or specialist experience in social, programmatic or performance marketing is advantageous. Curious and open to new technologies to support business goals and drive effectiveness. Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies, including lead generation, customer journey optimization, and remarketing tactics. Proven presentation skills including a strong ability to simplify complex topics. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and embraces change. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Committed to our vision and mission, and adheres to the values we live by.
