Ihre Aufgaben

As a member of our Group Strategy Team, you will be:

• Supporting our strategic initiative to improve the group-wide project management.
• Contributing to the implementation and communication of the new project management standards across the organisation and its continuous enhancement.
• Assisting with the development and documentation of stakeholder workshops.
• Performing deep-dive analysis on specific topics as well as translating these into relevant insights and actions.
• Collaborate and support in cross functional project teams on current strategic projects.

Ihr Profil

Qualifications: Active Bachelor or Master studies, preferably in a related field (e.g. in business administration, management, business informatics, economics or equivalent) and ideally with a focus on project management.

Experience & Know-how: First professional experience in the field of project management will be an asset, e.g. through an internship or extracurricular activities; a basic knowledge of the PMI standards is desirable; ability to think on one’s own feet;  ideally international experience, e.g. a semester abroad.

Personality: Good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, motivation, open mindedness and willingness to learn, pro-active self-starter mentality, sharing our corporate values of respect, commitment and sustainability.

Working: Self-responsible, driven and structured approach to fulfilling tasks and projects; ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; solution-oriented mindset.

Languages: Very good skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.

Other: Very good MS Office skills; beneficial in particular analytical capabilities in Excel and visualization in PowerPoint
