The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

As a Working Student in Quality Control, you will be directly involved in ensuring that every drone leaving our production line meets the highest quality standards. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, learn how professional quality assurance works, and collaborate with several departments to continuously improve our processes.

Your work will have a real impact: you help identify issues early, improve workflows, and ensure our customers receive perfectly functioning products.

• Incoming inspection: You check raw parts and components from suppliers - verifying dimensions, surface quality, functionality, and overall compliance with specifications.
• Outgoing inspection: You ensure that finished products meet all requirements before they are shipped to customers.
• Process improvement: You support projects aimed at making our inspection procedures faster, more reliable, and more efficient.
• Documentation: You create and update work instructions so the entire operations team works with clear and up-to-date guidelines.
• Nonconformity management: You help analyze defects, document issues, and work with other teams to identify root causes and define corrective actions.

What you bring to the team:

• You are currently studying Process Management, Quality Management or a similar field.
• You already have initial practical experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• You have a personal interest in drones or model aviation.
• Your open, communicative and friendly personality makes it easy for you to become a valued internal expert.
• You are highly self-motivated and able to take responsibility for your work independently.
• Communicating in English is natural and comfortable for you.
