Introduction

Weflow’s Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. More than 200 fast-growing companies (e.g., Retool, BenchSci, IDnow) use Weflow to improve productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability.

Tasks

As a Growth & GTM Working Student, you’ll help us strategize, execute and scale our go-to-market and growth initiatives across content, outbound, community & more.

• Work alongside a world-class GTM team in a high-growth environment: Learn how a modern B2B go-to-market engine is built and help us move fast from idea to execution and results.
• Own content execution end-to-end: Research topics, draft outlines, write sharp copy, and turn ideas into high-quality assets (e.g., LinkedIn posts/carousels, newsletters, landing-page copy, one-pagers, playbooks, templates). Coordinate feedback rounds and ship consistently.
• Support other GTM initiatives as needed: Step into additional go-to-market projects across GTM Engineering, outbound, community & more, helping the team execute across channels and workflows.
• Be a reliable extra pair of hands for Growth: Take on ad-hoc projects that unblock the team - testing new channels, building simple dashboards, organizing experiments, or supporting launches.

Requirements

• You’re enrolled in Business, Marketing, or a STEM-related field at a leading business or technical school
• You can join us as a working student for at least 9–12 months
• You have prior experience (internships / working student roles) in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital, VC-backed startups, or similar
• You’re highly organized and reliable — able to manage multiple assets, keep stakeholders aligned, and hit deadlines
• You have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ideally, you have some exposure to B2B SaaS environments
