What we expect

As working student (d/f/m) in Global Occupational Safety & Health, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:

• Support the Global OSH Function by maintaining and developing OSH data models, systems, and applications, including data management, GDPR compliance, BI dashboards, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Maintain and continuously enhance the OSH data model, databases, interfaces, and analytics to ensure high data quality and system reliability.
• Provide accurate and timely safety performance reports, including incident management and OSH dashboards, to relevant stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance OSH data and reporting solutions.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
• Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• This position requires technical knowledge of Data science and H&S (preferable)
• Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English (knowledge of English is advantageous)
• Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position for at least 6 months
