Einleitung

BioMD is a organic medical skin care brand that is produced in Germany ("Made in Germany"). Our products are dermatologically tested, up to 99% natural, vegan, free from parabens, essential oils, and have not been tested on animals! We are the natural alternative to Vichy, Eucerin, La Roche Posay and Avene. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student to starting ASAP.

 

We are a small high growth company selling exclusively in physical pharmacy as well as online pharmacy. We currently have contractual distribution partners covering 10 countries, Sweden, , Belarus, Moldova, Albania and Bosnia & Herzegovina, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, China, Jordan as well as selling in Germany. Our target is to increase our export partners to 15+ Countries by the end of 2026 and add +/-30 countries in 2027 working towards 120 countries Globally.

 

We are looking for an addition member of the team to drive our online marketing, advertising and Social Media as well as order input and packing.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Finding distributors around the world to enrich our database (Salesforce)

• Use Salesforce to add new leads and track the activities

• Finding new contacts (LinkedIn) and add them on Salesforce

•Communicating with CEO/Sales managers for new distribution

• Working with online platform “Amazon Shop”

• Inputting and packing out orders

• Ordering office material

• Any other tasks that would be needed to support the team as a whole.

Ihr Profil

• At least 1 year work experience.

• Safe handling of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)

• Very comfortable with Excel

• A Numerical mindset.
• spoken and written English skills

• German language is a plus.
